At the recent IVC-21 conference in Malmö, Sweden, our CEO, Olof Kordina, shared insight with participants on SweGaN QuanFINE as RF and power device material, with a focus on industrialization. Olof presented data displaying a knee walk out 48% lower than comparative devices on the market. On the power side, he highlighted the very high critical field enabled by SweGaN material and what that means in terms of performance; at least a factor of 10 lower on resistance, and a significantly higher switching frequency.
