About you
At SweGaN, we are looking for a Sales Manager who combines strong technical understanding with a proven ability to drive business growth on an international level. This is a key role in our organization, responsible for executing our sales strategies and helping to shape the company’s continued success as we move from a start-up to a scale-up company on the path to becoming a world-leading semiconductor manufacturer.
The ideal candidate is independent, solution-oriented and highly self-motivated, with a natural ability to build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust and reliability. They are outgoing and proactive, comfortable leading customer dialogues and developing new business opportunities in Asia, North America and Europe.
Given the technical nature of our products – including GaN and wide-bandgap semiconductor materials – you need to have a strong grasp of the industry, be able to understand customer needs, and work closely with our experienced technical team to deliver tailored solutions. While in-depth technical support is readily available internally, a solid technical foundation is essential for engaging meaningfully with customers and driving business discussions forward.
Success in this role requires a global outlook, cultural awareness and excellent communication skills – fluency in English is essential, as it is our working language throughout the company. Role
Working closely with the Director of Sales, sales managers, sales assistant, and CEO, you’ll be responsible for a range of activities, including preparing quotes, managing negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on approach to sales execution combined with the strategic mindset required to spot new opportunities in a competitive global market.
We currently have customers in Asia, North America and Europe and our business involves long-term commitments for both parties. When it comes to complex technical issues, you will be well supported by our experienced technical team. As a person, we are looking for a talent who is solution-oriented, independent, outgoing and self-motivated, with a strong desire to build the company together with us. This role must be skilled at creating new business opportunities, establishing long-term relationships, and building trust and confidence in customer dialogues.

As a sales manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the semiconductor industry. You will work closely with our technical team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Main responsibilities

Experience/Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or related areas.
- experience from the semiconductor industry is an advantage
- Knowledge in GaN, SiC, and electric power devices is an advantage
